Overall the stay was good! The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We stay here every time we cruise out of Galveston.

We had to make a last minute change to our plans, and we’re lucky enough to get the last room available. The staff was super friendly. We got a text message once we were in the room to see if we needed anything - and this was like almost 10pm! We actually did have an issue with thebtv remote, but they weee knocking on our door within 15 mins with a replacement. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. And there were lots of places to plug things in including usb ports. Everyone we encountered from management to housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful.

Tony was excellent his hospitality was really nice overall the hotel was decent besides when you Google it it said you guys were temporary closed

The front desk guy was so nice & made us feel welcome & made sure we knew everything we needed to know , he talked to us like we was friends,the guy from 10/6/2023 that checked us in was great 😁 & because of him we would love to book again

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The climate control worked well. Lots of USB ports for charging. Nice breakfast area with good complimentary food selection. Much better value for the money than staying on the island.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok it could use a little more variety and friendlier staff. The guy who checked us in was not very friendly. The older gentleman who checked us out on the other hand was very very nice and talkative. We enjoyed speaking with him.

My family and I over all enjoyed our stay from the bed being comfortable and the wonderful breakfast, and people were overall friendly. I would book again and the prices were reasonable

Super helpful staff. Outstanding location just off the interstate. Close to Galveston for the ⛱️ beach. Tons of great seafood places including off the hook holes in the wall. (check out Bag of Crabs). And to top it off....quiet so you can sleep.
